Drink milk of 20 to 30 degree Cel­sius. Do not drink it as soon as it is taken out from the refrig­er­a­tor, which will lead to a dis­com­fort in stom­ach and intes­tine. Nei­ther boils it in high tem­per­a­ture, which destroys its nutri­tive elements.

Do not drink milk with tea. It is absolutely an unsci­en­tific way. Ele­ments in tea obstruct absorp­tion of cal­cium ion and elim­i­nate intrin­sic nutri­ments included in milk.

Do avoid milk to be shone by sun­light directly in which Vit­a­min B in milk will be destroyed soon. So deposit it in col­ored or light­proof con­tainer and put it into shady place.

Do not heat it with cop­per ware. I can not deny cop­per is still used in some high-end table­ware such as cop­per heat­ing cup and hot pot. How­ever, I must admit cop­per will accel­er­ate to destroy vit­a­min, espe­cially dur­ing the heat­ing process. Cop­per is cat­alytic to chem­i­cal actions in milk which results in a faster loss of nutriment.

Milk is ben­e­fi­cial undoubt­edly. If you are really dif­fi­cult to join its healthy line, you can con­sider some other accesses as well. Drink a lit­tle each time yet sev­eral times every­day or replace it with yoghurt, milk power free of lac­tose or soymilk. There is no doubt these replace­ments make nutri­tive value decline.
